No, I haven't received 199 yet. He said DoD is finished completing it, but it needs their final signature before it can be routed down to me for review/signature.

Update from Peblo. 199 is finished but has been waiting to be signed since 13AUG. PEB is backlogged and the system just got back online today. So that's progress, I guess?

For me it was roughly 1 months. When you go to claims, then closed claims, it will show one claim as closed. You can call the 1000 number and see if you can get them to email their proposed ratings. The letter they send is supposed to be about 10 days to receive in the mail but I still never got it.

Correct. VA finished their proposed ratings 3AUG. Called and got the proposal letter emailed to me. Called Peblo on 5AUG and was told we are just waiting on DoD now. He actually has 3 other cases at 50+ days waiting for DoD.

If anyone is still watching this thread. Still waiting for DoD and 199. Wish it would hurry up, it's kinda fucking with my ability to apply for skillbridge with an already unknown timeline

My Peblo said, even me being at almost 30 days, it's not the longest case for DoD ratings he has. He has 2 other SMs at 50 and 55 days still waiting.
