Does anyone have any advice or examples of what to put in my rebuttal letter? I want to do this right the first time and make sure I make all the points that need to be made? Anything I should avoid putting in the letter would be helpful as well? Thanks, Jeff

Mike, I haven't heard of that before, but I did some research and was suprised to see that a lot of those symptoms are what I'm feeling on a day to day basis. I'm going to bring it up to my PCM tomorrow and see what he says. Thanks.
