05 June 2024- DD-214 Draft hit NSIPS
06 June 2024- Retirement Orders showed up on NSIPS
12 June 2024- Received my DD-214 from my CPPA
12 June 2024- Submitted my DD-214 to VA for my final ratings and also enrolled in VA healthcare.
27 June 2024- RETIRED!!! Went to Pass and ID and changed over all ID's (mine and dependents)
28 June 2024- Received Final Pay including 60 day leave sell back
28 June 2024- Enrolled in Tricare Retired Insurance
28 June 2024- Disability Compensation Claim shows reopened on VA app
1 Aug 2024- Claim moves from Step 1 all the way to Step 5 (Rating)
5 Aug 2024- Received first Retirement Check. (Note- First retirement check can come anytime during the month, after that comes on the first of every month)
3 Sep 2024- Received final rating from the VA!
