It should be right on the home page labeled "MyFSS Cases" then under that it says open and closed. I have one that says closed from when my PEBLO forgot to include some paperwork and nothing currently under open even though I got the email from myfss saying that they received it.

Take a look in MyFSS and make sure your case wasn't returned to the PEB office for some reason. It happened to mine and is the only reason everything is taking so long for me.

The NARSUM was one of the first things that I had completed. My case may have been a little different though because I already had my PCM start writing it before I was officially put on a code 37 because we discussed it previously and both knew that this was the route that I was going to take...
