UPDATE: got my findings back Feb 12. 80%. I’m happy with it. Referred to MEB July 2025 sent to PEB NOV 19 2025. Took longer than it probably should’ve due to the shutdown. Will get a new EAS the coming week and then do my terminal.

Is the rating alignment a bad thing? Or just how the process works. People keep telling me different things like it’s that the DoD and VA don’t agree with each other

Thank you for your reply. I’m USMC I’m not sure if they do 14 days of out processing but I was planning on taking terminal since I have 55 days. Just to clarify that is okay right? Or id have to sell them?

Actually I have one more question. How does a new EAS work? My buddy said they base it off of your leave days but I honestly didn’t really understand what he meant by that.

Thanks. Sounds like this process is finally coming to an end. I was suppose to be out January. They had me extend til July.

My PEBLO said my case is with the VA for an informal rating alignment. What are the next steps after that? If anyone knows would be appreciated

Can anyone help me out here with a possible month that I’ll get back my final findings? My case was just sent up last month after the shutdown ended on 19 NOV for mental health.
