    No not yet, I received first months pay though on September 30th, Ron was right on the money. I suspect back pay will hit my account in November or December based on timelines posted earlier on this forum .

    No, I definitely wouldn’t qualify for the early retirement. Based off of what my HR told me and what you guys have said about denial letter, this looks like the letter. Now I have to send to HR so they can resubmit under PL 97-253.

    Yes, I was able to get a 90 day extension back in May. So my last day in pay status will be August 12. Then I’ll be LWOP until claim is adjudicated. That’s good to know, I did not receive a letter of denial yet for regular retirement. I heard your supposed to get that at some point.
