17Apr24 is when I received the message on MOL; however, my package was submitted on 09Apr24. I believe my BIR entry shows 09Apr24. My previous post regarding my acceptance date was based on when I received the MOL notification. I think that answers your question?

I spoke directly to my attorney, I’m not sure if their paralegal does. You need to ask them to check the “VTA Tracker.” Not sure what the acronym stands for but that’s what the attorney said she check.
