I’m currently 4 months into the “waiting for a proposed rating” phase. Do you know of any way to speed it up or who I could talk to? My PEBLO has been ghosting me for 3.5mo’s

Can I change from an IDES to a LDES? I’m waiting to get out of the military sooner due to reciecing a job offer that’s hard to refuse and that will accommodate me for my medical issues. I’m currently waiting for my proposed rating from the VA in the IDES.
