Have you heard anything back? And did your PEBLO volunteer your proposed rating or did you have to ask? I called the VA to try and get someone there to tell me and they said they send them to the PEBLO, however he never conectes me and my proposed finished 02Feb
**UPDATE**
- June 2025 - PCM stated since nothing else works or helps that MEB would be next step.
- 11 Jul - Code 37 Applied, Do not retain and NARSUM was sent to AFPC, still waiting for CC impact statement to be started and signed.
- 24 Jul - CIS signed and routed back to PEBLO (PEBLO said they will be routing on Monday when they are back).
- 5 Aug - PEBLO sent IRILO to AFPC.
- 25 Aug - Checked in with PEBLO, still awaiting response. They said its taking about 4-6 weeks right now with PCS season and all of the halted PCS craziness. I was told to expect it to be another week or two before they receive anything back.
- 25 Aug - Checked with PEBLO again, relayed AFPC is still very backlogged. Was told to expect another couple of weeks.
- 9 Sep - Its been two weeks since i last checked with PEBLO, i still have not heard anything. (Understandable things are backlogged. But this is starting to get frustrating)
- 1 Oct - PEBLO emailed and said i have been directed to the DES (not sure what that means). The attached document in the email stated "After review this member requires a Full Medical Evaluation Board for a retention decision by the PEB." It also has a box checked for Dx Code 1 5242 (also unsure what that means).
So in my best guess, I've been directed to move forward with a full Med board.
- 15 Oct - Appointment with Fill in PEBLO. Signed paperwork for IDES.
- 23 Oct - Appointment with MSC.
- 29 Oct - First C&P Exam.
- 4 Nov - Second C&P Exam (Audio and Blood work).
- 5 Nov - Third C&P Exam (Mental Health).
- 14 Nov - Fourth C&P Exams (EKG & Echo).
- 18 Nov - Final C&P Exams (Optometry & General).
- 24 Nov - Additional Blood Pressure tests needed.
- 2 Dec - Blood pressure tests completed. All exams and files Sent to VA for Review
- 5 Jan 26 - PEBLO reached out and stated VA has me at a 90%. Was also told theres still a ways to go to get my packed submitted and my results. (Not sure how long a "ways" to go means).
- 22 Jan 26 - First MyFSS Email received.
- 09 Feb 26 - Second MyFSS Email Received, signed off on all findings. DOD rated me at 40% and full medical retirement. Just waiting on my separation orders.
