Yea my ratings were done on the 24th of feb. My Peblo said PeB got my ratings on the 7th March. He said like a week or 2 on the tracker
Yes that’s what was told. Then the 199 is formed after.Does the PEB have to wait for your VA proposed ratings before completing their portion?

I called the day after mine appeared and the VA emailed me my proposed rating.
The difference in information that each PEBLO is willing to share is crazy.
So my Peblo didn’t call me about it. Prior to the PEB process I had the paralegal and got his rating but I also seen the one on the VA app and call ed the VA to get the letter which has a different number than the legal guy. But that was over a month ago and I finished the PEB a couple weeks back. My understanding is that the PEB reviews your case then decides if you are fit or unfit. If found unfit, they will send your packet to the VA for review and await the VAs proposed ratings. Then it goes back to the PEB for the final portion and they should release their findings to your PEBLO along with your VA ratings and then you wait to receive your DA 199.
So now you are waiting on the VA to return your proposed ratings to the PEB. I am in the same spot. Once the PEB has your VA ratings it's just a waiting game until they release everything to your PEBLO.As in the status changed from in progress to found unfit.
Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

The attorney that I spoke with prior to starting the PEB process estimated the same rating that I got from the VA, but everything is just an estimate or a proposed rating until the process is complete. Nope no 199 yet. Still “waiting” on ratings according to the glide pathI would go off the VA UNLESS U SEEN THE 199
Yea lawyer just making an assumption. I would go with the VA, DOD has to take the Va ratings on the unfitting condition.

Got 30 days after notification to go on leave so 10 April is my date of when I have to start leave.
Only taking 10 days PTDY and 2 days of chargeable leave which are travel days. I'm selling 35.5 days of leave and my VA disability pay will start most likely 1 June. VR&E program is all set and just doing job interviews. I have way more than enough to cover me until my disability kicks in as I have been aggressively saving for a year.
