My started at Gordon, went to Knox, then Gordon for NARSUM, NARSUM then shifted to JBLM. Peblo’s based out of there so maybe that’s why? In the end, it’s all good

Well, I was next. Got it back today, 10% DOD/20% VA. Concurred and sent it back.
 
Referred to Board by battalion med NCO= April 14, 2025 for 6 conditions (all of which prior rated from the VA within the last 12 months).
Commander's IMPACT Statement signed- April 18th, 2025
Provider Appointment- August 6th, 2025
PEBLO First Contact- August 29th, 2025
MSC First Contact- August 29th, 2025
QTC C&P Exam (Hearing)= September 30th, 2025
QTC X Ray- October 2, 2025
QTC ACE Exam- October 14, 2025- during which they decided they needed an in person SHA
QTC SHA Exam- October 31st, 2025
QTC Second X Ray- November 28th, 2025
VA Received Results from QTC per PEBLO- Dec 11th.
IPEB Results and NARSUM with errors (they had both mine and another soldiers SSN and other PII in it) Found unfit on 2/6 conditions, as expected and I agree with but the other soldiers PII means I have to request an IMR and file some paperwork- December 19th, 2025.
Seattle VA Temp Jurisdiction assigned- Dec 19th, 2025.
MEB Counsel appointment with JAG- December 23rd, 2025.
Extension Requested on NARSUM signing granted till 9 January to allow for IMR request to remove the other soldiers PII- December 24, 2025.
JAG sends in their paperwork to correct NARSUM, I sign the NARSUM requesting the IMR: January 5th, 2026.
PEBLO Contact to set IMR appointment (Told VA holding my proposed rating until my IMR is complete, plus 90 days after that...)- Jan 13,2026
VA ratings and Retro Pay Received: 14 Jan 2026
IMR Appointment- Jan 16, 2026
REVISED NARSUM Received- Jan 21, 2026- To be reviewed by lawyer to make sure they corrected the PII issues.
VA Re-opened my claim. Jan 20,2026
ACE Exam on Jan 22,2026-Asked questions about what prescriptions I am on. Took less than 10 minutes. Guess some recent court thing made them have to ask these questions.
VA Closed my claim- Jan 22, 2026.
VA issued decision letter: Jan 23, 2026 No changes to my Rating. I am now 100 P&T officially.
State J1 called, PHA scheduled for Jan 27, 2026. They said it is my final one and last chance to make sure all records are updated. Good sign?
Feb 6, 2026- PEB Received my file per Case Manager, in decision phase with expected decision week of 16 Feb 2026.
March 30th, 2026- DA199 findings released. 80 percent DoD, medical retirement via PRDL. Peblo counseling was also this afternoon. Will be reviewing with my American Legion lawyer just to make sure everything is in ordered tomorrow, and then signing my concurrence.
April 3: Concurrence sent to PEBLO
Retirement date: TBD

So this is a wrap for me.

Yesterday, exactly 1 year to the date that the unit/state recommended me into the IDES process, my official retirement orders came in. My last day will be May 5th in uniform.

Total time since PEBLO first contact: 228 days
