01 JAN 26 - Permanent Profile Received
18 FEB 26 - Assigned PEBLO
26 FEB 26 - VA contact
09 MAR 26- Last C&P exam (Out-process only, I waived them reviewing my case as I am 100% P&T and my exam was within 12 months)
10 MAR 26 - IDES Brief
11 MAR 26- VA turned over my paperwork to DoD
20 MAR 26 - NARSUM Received
23 MAR 26 - IMR Requested
24 MAR 26 - IMR Completed
24 MAR 26 - NARSUM w/ IMR changes signed
15 APR 26 - VA Shows Claim Closed

Waiting on the rest now.

Solid timeline so far-you’re actually moving at a pretty normal (even slightly faster) pace for IDES. From what I’ve seen, once the VA claim shows closed, you’re usually getting close to DoD findings, but that last stretch can still take a few weeks depending on backlog and processing. The waiting at this stage is honestly the hardest part, but you’ve already cleared most of the major milestones. Hang in there-you’re definitely near the finish line now.
