lol good call! I just tried calling them. The woman on the phone said she couldn’t see the ratings BUT my IDES benefits letter was uploaded into my VA. So I went into my VA portal>claims history and it says my decision letter is complete and was mailed yesterday! I will probably try calling my MSC/PEBLO and see if they have any info.

Yeah I heard you should just call until you get someone who will give you the ratings. Glad it's going quick for you

Congrats. My stuff just went to the IPEB and when I called the VA the lady said she couldn't see any ratings. So I guess I'll wait a week and try again.

I ended up tricking the VA into sending me my ratings… I saw in my VA portal that my decision letter was sent yesterday so I called the VA and said my decision letter wasn’t showing up on my portal despite it saying it was done (IDES doesn’t allow it to be posted) and the person on the phone emailed it to me. My PEBLO called me 2 hours later with the ratings anyway! I have 6 days to review all the documents and decide to accept.
