keep checking with your MSC, thats how i found out that i was found unfit. however, im still waiting on proposed ratings.

Just wanted to get a general consensus, for those of you who didn't have proposed ratings prior to going to the IPEB, after the IPEB received your case, how long until you got proposed ratings/signed AF356?

I think every branch is a little different. I did mine in the beginning stages of the MEB side. Before I was ever sent to the PEB. I guess what happens is in the event you are found fit, your info is saved at the va and used later on.

The C&Ps go to the VA to support your claim you filed with your MSC. While that’s happening the MEB is doing their review to determine if you are going to go to the IPEB. Once at the IPEB they will ultimately determine if you’re fit or unfit. But more often than not if you reach the IPEB you’ll...

No you don’t need a FOIA. The C&Ps are automatically sent to the VA and your MSC can grab them for you. Just ask. I have mine.

That’s what my MSC told me, because we’re technically not veterans until we separate with dd214. I just see a lot of people saying they have visible claims in the VA app before they get official word from their PEBLO. I called the VA this morning and they said I was awaiting proposed ratings
