Six months is a long time with no progress. Have you checked directly with your treating provider or the clinic handling the NARSUM to confirm it’s actually in progress?
Since MG wasn’t included in the FL4, the PEB might not consider it unless it’s officially listed as an unfitting condition. I’d recommend asking your PCM to clarify or amend the NARSUM to reflect the actual impact MG has on your duties.
