Talked to lawyer today he has access to a website where he can track where my case it at through the whole process. It’s been with QA since august 2nd. Good news I know where it is lol. Once they finish they send an encrypted email to the peblo for me to sign.

Honestly would be smarter not to take leave but I’m using the 2 days off a week to plan my future like making appointments with jobs and finding a place to live for when I do separate. Plus I have so many and wanted a extra day off with the wife.

I called a couple times no answer I’ll try again soon though! My case could only be with the PEB right? If my case was closed by the VA 5 weeks ago it could only be with the PEB?

this week will be 5 weeks since case was closed. I know getting in contact with the congressman could help but would there be any other way to know where the hell my case it at? Going to set up an appointment with the lawyer this week.

everything is super quick once you sign the findings we are just waiting at this point I have so many days of leave I’m just taking leave every Thursday and Friday till my terminal.

We are at the very end of the process… When we sign our findings from peblo which is any day now. Two weeks after we get our new EAS. Also want to mention I’m USMC so little bit different process.

At this point we should expect an EAS of late October no way it will be any sooner than that. Biggest fear is that it’s lost somewhere.

Who let you know that your case was sent to PEB on that date?

You can call the Va or Vera to confirm that it was closed

At this point I’d say the latest date we will get is end of October… If you get PTAD approved then we can be out 20 days earlier than the date that’s what I’m gonna do.

I really don’t understand it a lot of the virtual locations have no availability for weeks but a few have openings all day tmmrw man what the hell LOL.

I might as well make another appointment with VERA but this time simply ask where my case is currently at last time I asked a complicated question was the only location available Wichita?

QC? Do you mean QA? As in quality assurance comes after VA does ratings

Still waiting on peblo to hit me up 4 weeks since claim closed I talked to some guys on base and they all said they got their findings from peblo 4 weeks after claim was closed so with the little hope I have left maybe this week lol.

Any day now our peblos will call us!

I think you can find in a forum what it means most people call it just P&T but I have knowledge on it I’m sorry.

The one that matters the most is the one the peblo receives because you sign (approve) the ratings.

didn’t you say they are still working on yours? It was closed then they had more claims? Your situation is strange I am thinking QA may have caught something wrong and had it corrected let’s hope that’s the case!
