I emailed/called my MSC right after my last appointment on the 5th and then again yesterday, but no response. I talked to my PEBLO and he said he sees my info and is waiting on her to release something in the system. Have you had any movement with your case after finishing your appointment?

At what point were you able to see your claim in the Va portal? I’m also using optum serve and it doesn’t show anything right now. I’m 5 appointments in and one last one to go next week.

Unfortunately, that is so true. Nobody will care more than you do. Keep advocating for yourself and don't let them brush your case under the rug!

Try making an appointment with your PCM for the NARSUM. Thats what I did when my PEBLO told me PCM's sometimes take a year to do them.
