Update: 19 JAN- VA claim closed on VA website 22 Jan- Wake up to email from VA with proposed ratings letter. I requested it on the 19th. Proposed 100% SMC-S and K!

For whatever reason my decision letter is dated for Monday (22Jan) so they wont give it to me yet. Strange they would date a letter in the future.

Really hoping this is the case. Imagine taking 60 days to give a report to your DIVO! Just trying to get my proposed rating from the VA has proved challenging!

It appears that my letter is dated for monday (22Jan) so I'm not able to get it. Called 5 times, one rep says they dont have a letter at all, another says I cant have it, other rep says it takes 10 days to send an email. Oh well, this is only potentially the most life changing letter I will ever...

I suppose I will have to call again. Seems like most of the reps would be "bros" and just let 'er rip. Their sticking to the procedure gives me hope with the VA!

When did your claim close? Mine closed today but I havent been able to get any information out of the VA.

Third call seemed to do the trick, just waiting on the email to come through. Rep said it may take a bit.

Second call and the rep would not share it! Oh well, try again later.

Claim was closed today on VA.gov I called the VA to ask for a copy of the letter and the rep said they didnt have a copy of the decisions letter yet. Ill try to call again later, not sure if the rep just didnt want to share it. Were you all able to get you letter same day?

Mine was submitted on 15 DEC and there is still nothing on the VA site/App. It would seem times vary.

Imagine you being weeks/months late to your submission of a 3M report........

Ouch. I was pushed to the PEB (completed MEB) on Dec 15th and am anxiously awaiting my VA findings. I hate checking every day because I am driving myself insane!

Were you able to get the VA to give you your proposed ratings? Also, did you see your claim open on the VA App/website? Or is it just opened and closed on the same day?

Okay, so a more realistic timeline is probably May/June? I know nothing is set in stone and I am still waiting on the VA to finish up their part. Hoping that is any day now though I had 7 referred conditions and a ton more claimed.

That is before the VA even rates? I wasnt planning on getting out until most likely June or July but earlier is okay with me.

My package was sent off to VA/DC on 15DEC, hopefully see some movement soon. I cannot get out of here fast enough! So ready to start my life.
