I'm also thinking that when it goes back to PEB after the VA has a proposed rating, that the PEB uses that to give you a DoD rating.

I was found unfit 05 Sept

PEB found me unfit then sent to VA.

2 months? Wow. They've had mine for 57 days. So hopefully I'll be assigned a rater soon.

I called the VA list week and was told that I'm waiting for a rater. The same day my MSC called and said that if I want an update to email her directly. But she is short and won't give me as much info as calling VA. Any of you have any thoughts? She's not getting me know how Miu case is...

Hopefully you'll hear something soon. I'm at 33 days since unfit, but VA has had my case for 50 days; rater has not been assigned yet (told by VA rep on last Thursday)

Yes...19 AUG. PEB found unfit 05SEPT, but it had already gone to VA. My original send date was 23JUL but VA requested more exams.
