Recieved a call this morning with my results which came back DOD 20% and VA 80%. I go in on Monday to review my findings and I am going to appeal the results and request a FPEB.

Thanks for the response and the information. It is a little confusing to discern but I am sure I fall under the 40% range based on what my report shows since my forward flexion was rated at 25. Hopefully I will get my results back in the next month or 2 so that I know for sure what I am dealing...

I am currently waiting for my PEB findings to come back from D.C. that was sent out in January this year. In 2011 I suffered herniation of the C2 thru C7 and had surgery to repair the disc. In 2012 I had the same injury occur and this time was fitted with a titanium rod and 5 screws in my neck...
