Just signed unfit findings. 10%DOD 50%VA (was to be expected). submitted to PEB JUN 4, exactly 200 days from submission to signing. Merry freaking Christmas.

Congrats! I was told last week PEB made a decision and found me unfit, still waiting on official findings. I figured not much work would be getting done this week but good to see somebody get their findings.

Got an update from my lawyer today, was found unfit as of 2 days ago. No timeline on when I will officially receive findings but that may be as good of a Christmas present as I can get. The end is near, who would’ve thunk!

That’s great news! I still haven’t heard anything, 192 days at PEB & 151 with MO. Small sign of hope!

189 days at PEB. 148 days with MO. Considering holiday stand downs will be starting next week, I think the chance of getting my results before the new year are slim to none.

Maybe I’ll call my lawyer Monday, haven’t heard a word from him since June. Lol

Yeah it definitely sucks. Optimism has left the chat.

Another week down with no word. 6 months at PEB, 141 days with MO. Standby to fucking standby.

I will hit 6 months at PEB the end of this new week. Can only hope for good news.

Contacted my PEBLO today as I do on the first week of every month. Was told nothing is new and to contact him in 90 days. Lol

152 and 111 at MO. Numb to it all at this point.

123 days at PEB, confirmed yesterday 82 days with Medical Officer. I’m sure I got another 2-3 months before I hear anything if I’m lucky, trying to not get too optimistic about the line officer memorandum and expect the same delay as everybody before me. I’m just hoping they don’t use the...

Nearly identical situation here. Signed PEB paperwork with PEBLO 27 MAY. Sent to PEB 4 JUN. New IDES Case is the latest thing in my document tab, nothing stating PEB accepted it. Hoping we’re not royally fucked.
