if you were found unfit already according to your PEBLO, then likely your case is with VA for reviewing and that takes about a week.

Im not sure. the oct 14 was when my MOL sent me a notification saying ''Your medical board case has been accepted by the PEB for action.''

No because DOD only rates your referred condition. And my Doc wouldn’t submit both my knees on my med board, he only submitted the worst one. I knew it’d be that way (10%). Lost that battle a long time ago to a Doc that was PCSing and didn’t care.
