Are there any cases of backpay not being provided? Please share if you would like. I am getting a bunch of delays regarding my personal back pay and I am trying to understand why.

CRSC Effective Date goes back to April 2016. Yes my retired pay was reduced due to the VA Waiver.

Good Morning. I was awarded CRSC for about $700. I received my first payment on September 1. I was awarded CRSC dating back 6 years (not sure what that means). Should I be receiving back pay are there cases where no back pay was awarded?
