I was told this is false by my PEBLO, I don't remember when he said the 180 day rule applies but its not when you get referred. If that was the case I'm almost at a year from when I was referred, and 7 weeks from when my expedite memo was submitted.

My NARSUM got submitted March 31st, and I submitted an expedite memo and was told my expedite memo was accepted on June 16th. Does anyone know what more I can do?
