if I'm rated at 100 P&T VA and 10%dod with severance pay, and if I take out that 10 percent I'm still at 100% do they recoup my severance, and can you please point me in the right direction on where can I find that info I been reading and I guess I'm not really understanding all of this.

I got va findings in 02OCT23 and still don't have dod.

its been 13weeks since va closed my case and gave me my proposed rating and haven't heard anything yet.

My PEB was submitted on 28AUG23 and VA findings came in on 02OCT23 and still nothing to this day.
