    Just tried calling to get my proposed ratings as my claim closed today on the va.gov website...the person on the phone said that they couldn't send me proposed ratings because they weren't the final ratings and I'd have to wait to talk with my PEBLO...how did you finagle getting them to email...

    yeah that's what my buddy told me. They closed the claim today! It says there's a decision letter I can view, but nothing shows up when I follow the link, so I guess it's just a few more days of waiting. Hoping that the DoD rating is done or close to done!
