Try to get 50% unless you’re PDRL because if you are TDRL with 30% DOD they could down the line re-rate you at >30%

It probably just depends on what you were referred for, if it’s mental health. They probably want to keep you with a MH provider.

If it’s a referred condition 9/10 you’ll be compensated for it. If it’s a secondary or additional claimed condition, you may not be compensated for it depending on if they find it was caused in the line of duty.

Yeah the doctor that stated do not retain should be the one doing your MEB. At least that was my case but I have a smaller base so maybe it’s different but you’re in the beginning phase right now. Took me about 4 months, it usually takes 6 months depending on how on top of stuff you are.

Do not retain, due to my providers recommending medical retirement. My CC actually retire like a few weeks after my impact statement being signed.

So I only received my VA rating and it says I was rated at 90% but my proposed pay is that of a person that has 100%. So which one is correct?
