I just had this discussion today. You could just get a PFA waiver so that means doing a new PARFQ and getting everything signed off by a PCM. For me it’s not worth the hassle. My PEBLO said the findings will not be affected if the PRT is not taken

I have no idea what order they review cases because these timelines have been off the wall. I do think things are speeding up though. Whether an ailment is physical or mental, I couldn’t tell you if that is a determining factor on how soon they make a decision
