Glad to hear you're on top of things! To clarify: I cannot know how complex the VA/PEB will find your conditions to evaluate. Hopefully, by now, you've met with the PEBLO and MSC to get some more information.

*It seems everybody got the gist, but 16NOV24 should have been 16JAN24. Update: My last day in the service was 24MAY24. My VA claim showed up in the app on 17JUN24 in the "evidence gathering, review, and decision" phase.

Every case is different, and my experience was 8 months. Not knowing what you're claiming and whether all of your records will be easy to evaluate, I'd tell you to prepare for 9 months. If there is any part of your future that can get started from now in spite of any timeline, go for it.

That is correct. My referred condition only rated 10%. I did request more to be added, but the independent reviewer saw no medical evidence of the conditions.
