    Non-Duty DES - Existing VA rating with IDES.

    Can a service member enter IDES with existing VA claims, and not have those ratings reviewed? Also can the Air National Guard list these conditions as non duty, if they were linked to another period of active service?

    IDES with National Guard & Prior Service Connection

    Recently submitted for a MEB, with VA service connections. Is there a way to enter the IDES for DoD evaluation purposes only? I don’t plan on submitting VA Claims, during the process.
