    DEERS shows “Title III” instead of TDRL, and TRICARE says I’m not medically retired?

    I went through something very similar, and the issue was 100% on the DEERS side, not TRICARE. Until DEERS correctly shows you as TDRL/medically retired, TRICARE basically treats you like a standard retiree—which is why the fee waiver isn’t showing up.
