    To Whom it May Concern, I am currently E-5 active duty army and going through the MEB process at Ft. Riley. My packet has been submitted to the PEB and I am currently waiting on ratings (week 2) and being told that there is a new system in play, a back up and things on hold for up to 5 to 8...
