unfair rating

IPEB results: DoD 50/VA 80 Bipolar 1: 50% TDLR EoE: Fit (despite VA finding of 50%) My DBQ was poorly filled out (several boxes including SI were not checked). I feel that I should get at least 70 because of that. I have also been hospitalized. Anyway, what should I do? Legal counsel? Ratings...

Hi there. I have an unfair DOD rating, because when I went for examination, I had a flare up due to my radiculopathy. So examiner didn't measure my ROM. Instead, she put!! Estimated!!! 70!! degrees forward flection. With a help of a lawyer I denied it. But never received a notice to reevaluate...
