I'm not sure but that sounds like they could try and say it was a pre-existing condition and you might get screwed. If your parents did not have panic attacks, I would contact the ODC lawyers and quickly figure out if you need to submit a rebuttal to the NARSUM or something.I reviewed my MEB/Narsum that was sent to the VES for my C&Ps and I saw that they added “ parent genetic loading for panic disorder as parent had possible panic attacks when younger” which is completely false and wrong. Will this affect my MEB/ case?

Yeah I don't trust that at all. Do an LOE or rebuttal, whatever is most appropriate. I meet my PEBLO on Monday to see my MEB results/sign the 618.
