I think https://boards.law.af.mil/AF_PDBR.htm was shut down. Its speculation on my part and the last update says they are conducting an autid and it will be back up. However using the wayback machine: Air Force Physical Disability Board of Review (PDBR) it looks like it was likely taken offline some time between april 5th and may 3rd ( since it seems the wayback was taking snapshots on the 4th of every month ) The latest update seems to be from 2018. Guess we have to just kinda hang in there and email for updates.
 
I think they did away with posting results of their decisions on the web. I could be wrong and I honestly hope I am but I haven’t seen anything since the audit

BCMR/BCNR Reading Room is down [reopened 3 February 2020]

It is a requirement that there is a "reading room" for BCMR/BCNR decisions. Via statute, the boards shall report the following: "(i) Each board established under this section shall make available to the public each calendar quarter, on an Internet website of the military department concerned...
