I'm hoping I can get some information from someone with knowledge and/or experience with the MEB process.
About 2 years ago now I injured my back and hip while on COVID-19 orders with the Air National Guard. LOD was completed to cover my back and it's well documented. I am now starting the medical evaluation process. I believe I am in the IRILO stage (not sure...horrible communication from med group). During this process I have several diagnoses for my back and hip. How do I know which one they will use or will they use all of them to make a determination? I know there's a lot more that goes into the process such as examinations and what not. I am curious as to what all the diagnoses means in the eyes of the VA and DOD.
