I started my medboard in december 2019
And now i got my rating from dod and Va but my ides lawyer want va reconsideration in one of my disability. Does it mean longer timeline until separation orders or will still continue same timeline after I signed my final rating? Please help I am lost.

I believe the timeline starts rolling again after your 199 is signed. A VARR, from what I have gathered from the experiences of those on the board, is that it could indeed delay receiving your separation orders.

I will signed my 199 next week. From there I do not know what to expect since lawyer said I can signed it even we are requesting va reconsideration.
 
I sent in my VA reconsideration the 8th of May. My VA exit interview was setup for last Thursday but we pushed it back until the reconsideration comes back. The lady from the VA thinks it will be in this week.

Everything else in the process is on hold for this step. FYI I’m Air Force active duty andans started the RILO process in May of 2019.
 
A VARR does increase the timelines slighty.
