I signed my findings about 3 weeks ago on August 19 with Peblo, told me that new EAS date should upload within a week or 2 on MOL it’s the 3 week still nothing, contacted MMSR-4 at HQ lady told me it can take up to 4-6 weeks… and they are teleworking…anyone that signed there findings not to long ago get there new date yet ??

They told me to recall on Monday of next week I heard some word about USN/USMC med board cases getting pushed faster so hopefully this crap can quickly come to get the date but thanks!!
I did I received my new date from HQ MMSR-4 about 3 weeks after signing finding. My new EAS date is Oct 15
What date did you receive your new EAS? Just wondering bc your thread has me a little confused since you got findings on August 19th and then posted that you didn't have an EAS 4 weeks later lol
Yea I’m sorry I’ve been a little busy I got my date on Sep 16so I’ll say about 3-4 weeks
How much leave did you have when they gave you your EAS? Don't they take into account your leave balance and 20 days for PTAD?
Also, do you know if taking selling your leave back is a possibility? I wasn't planning on taking any terminal leave, just selling all of my leave back at the end (approx. 70 days)
You can only sell up to 60 days in your entire career.
figured that was the case so ill end up taking some terminal and selling some back but my question was more to clarify that you can even sell back leave when getting med sep/ med retire
You can still sell back, just see if its worth it. Sometime bah pay is better than how much youll get from selling back
Im married so i already receive BAH so instead of selling it and getting you that paycheck for two months, Im going to continue to get that same exact pay check for two months and then also get a lump sum at the end.
