When did your case close on the VA site? I'm so sorry.I've had a similar experience with my examiner for my referred and other conditions- I hope everything else goes well!!So I called the VA for my proposed rating and had them email me my narrative summary and boy did one of my C&P Examiner screw me over. For my stomach condition he wrote resolved and I literally told him the my current symptoms. And guess what no service connection or rating while active duty. Good thing I had an amazing C&P examiner for my main refereed condition. I don’t know what to do about this. I just want to get out as soon as I can.
What did you do about it cause bad C&P exams seem to be happening to a lot of people. When did your case close on the VA site? I'm so sorry.I've had a similar experience with my examiner for my referred and other conditions- I hope everything else goes well!!
I had to file a complaint back after my head to toe was done. The person that was my examiner essentially got fired as a va contractor- she had over 3 dozen complaints in the last year alone. What did you do about it cause bad C&P exams seem to be happening to a lot of people.
Honestly what course of action do you think would happen? The medboard process will go on no matter what and you would have to wait till you get out and have VA rating to reevaluate ratings or to add on other claims. I say knowing your proposed helps you get a ball park idea for the best case scenario, but really waiting till you get out would be your best bet if you are trying to get a higher rating.Anybody think it is a bad idea to discuss my narrative summary proposed ratings I got from the VA (they weren’t supposed to send it to me till my findings) with my peb attorney to come up with a course of action based on it or should I wait until my findings to tell him about what’s on it. I assume nothing changes to much for non referred conditions from proposed to final ratings.
Yes! Though I am not sure they will have the time to help but planning ahead when you think you will need to submit a VARR to get the rating you deserve is wise.Anybody think it is a bad idea to discuss my narrative summary proposed ratings I got from the VA (they weren’t supposed to send it to me till my findings) with my peb attorney to come up with a course of action based on it or should I wait until my findings to tell him about what’s on it. I’m assuming submitting a varr would make me stay in the military even longer then. I’m just wondering if my attorney would be upset I got the info early from the VA.Yes! Anytime where you are not concurring will extend the process. Since the results are permanent and life altering its well worth the delay for most people.I’m assuming submitting a varr would make me stay in the military even longer then. If you are retired, you will receive your retirement pay (your DOD % x current base pay) until your VA disability kicks in. I just signed my findings and was told this by my PEBLO.im still waiting orders but i have a question if anyone knows the answer to. i have a person who told me he received payment from the navy after he got out until he got paid by the va is that a thing?
False. Refusing a vaccine would result in an admin separation. The hold up is at the PEB for the Navy/Marines and its well documented.I have been given some information and I would like to know if it's a rumor or true. The information is that 1 to 2k more sailors/marines are now in the ides program. They are the ones who refuse to get the covid-19 vaccine. As part of the separation process they are getting priority with the VA and ides.
That means that everyone who has been waiting 6 months or longer. Now have to wait 12 to 18 months more.
If this is true, it's cruel to those who have followed rules and were injured for no fault of their own
Def untrue- I know several people that refused the vaccine and they're being ADSEP'd.I have been given some information and I would like to know if it's a rumor or true. The only way covid vaccine refusals are in IDES is if they were previously in it before the mandates came out.I have been given some information and I would like to know if it's a rumor or true.
