November Cases

My timeline:
Start IDES - 25 Aug 21
C&P exams complete - 24 Sep 21
Accepted by PEB - 28 Oct 21
VA proposed ratings - 20 Jan 22

Currently the package is at the VA. I’m thinking I could possibly get my findings by April but I’m not keeping my hopes up lol.

Went down to the IDES office today, my package got accepted by the PEB on 8 Nov, and got checked in for processing on 10 Feb. Gentleman that helped me out said hes not sure if that means that they're actively working on it or if they're done and its moving up the chain.

I have a November case also, don't remember most of my dates.

Va claim submitted: August 31st
Mol peb accepted date: November 8th

I don't have my va back or any updates at all on my status.
Also on pendleton
I went to the IDES office today and they said my case moved to the MO on 10 Feb, mind you my case was accepted by the PEB on 8 Nov as well. I'd suggest going down there in person and talking to a peblo to get an update on where you case is exactly, my attorney and peblo kept giving me the run around.

The MO’s are back logged with MH cases. That’s why we are seeing later submissions come back and some July cases still pending. The LOs are pumping out simple physical cases.

Yea im tracking that theres only 2 MO's for MH cases but 6 for physical cases. I'm a physical case for right lower quadrant pain but my case sat in DC for 94 days before being moved to processing. Its completely ridiculous and frustrating to be honest.

That is pretty wild. Mine was accepted 28 Oct and it is currently sitting at the VA for final ratings. Perhaps some of the LOs are productive and others aren’t. I wish we knew the answer lol

Got an update from IDES supervisor today, my case is with the presiding officer. Hopefully get my findings any day now. Keep your heads up and stay positive.

happy for these new cases, but how in the shit are cases that new being processed faster than older ones I just want my findings lmfao
