Update: I called Peblo, she told me that my ratings have been completed . That’s why It’s like that, but it hasn’t been picked up by PEB yet, she said give it until Friday and PEB should be releasing the rating to my peblo and then delivery to me.

Those who are waiting on Va ratings and got a closed case on the website Call the va and ask them if they could give you your proposed ratings(overall) over the phone . I just called and got mine .

It means VA either was about to rate you claim and something on the claim need to be clarify. The VA would open a ticket and request from QTC or examiner for clarification. This often dont affect you directly. This only takes a litlle more time on the process.How long has it been since yours is like that. Mine since today
