01FEB22: First QTC exam
16FEB22: Final QTC Exam
25FEB22: NARSUM received and signed
08MAR22: Case sent to PEB
25MAR22: Case sent to DRAS
28MAR22: Case returned to PEB (Proposed VA rating 90%)

So mine took 10 days for the PEB to come back with the 199 and proposed va ratings
Was sent on the 14th and returned the 24th. And today 25th I got my LOR
my co worker got hers today as well. hers took just over a month to come back from the PEB but her case is more complicated then mine so maybe that will speed mine up

I messed that up, so PEB was done the 24th but Peblo didn’t notify me until 29th and gave me my va ratings and 199. I signed on the spot and got sent back to PEB
Then today 30th got my final LOR and NLT jun 27

I had 28 claimed conditions . And it went fast . It also depends the location and how many soldiers are in the same process. I guess it’s a matter of luck as well.

My PEBLO told me that my case was sent to the DRAS on Friday and that it would take 2-3 weeks there before it made its way back to the PEB. I was shocked when i spoke to him today and he told me it was already back at the PEB and i got a proposed 90%.

@Ajdickhoff

I'm also at Huachuca. My timeline is below:

End of FEB: Initial PEBLO Contact
01MAR22: Legal
7MAR22: Initial VA contact
22MAR22: First QTC exam
9APR22: Final QTC Exam
Waiting on them to post one more DBQ on tricare online. I assume my NARSUM will follow accordingly

Referred conditions: Cramping Fasciculation Syndrome (Neuromuscular Disorder) and bilateral knees (thanks Army)

18 other conditions claimed.

Not trying to hijack your thread. Will come back here to update if that's okay.

My timeline is below:

End of FEB: Initial PEBLO Contact
01MAR22: Legal
7MAR22: Initial VA contact
22MAR22: First QTC exam
9APR22: Final QTC Exam
Turns out my last QTC Exam (the comprehensive medical exam) was trashed in the QTC system, so the Doc ended up calling me and doing it over the phone..
29APR22: Final Final QTC Exam
16MAY22: NARSUM Signed
24MAY22: Unfit notification from IPEB
25MAY22: Packet submitted to DRAS

Referred conditions: Cramping Fasciculation Syndrome (Neuromuscular Disorder) and bilateral knees (severe Chondromalacia / Bone on Bone)

Now have 25 claimed conditions vice the 18 I had going in. I'm told by my PEBLO to expect proposed ratings from the VA 1-4 weeks from now.

Provided no issues with the ratings, I'm hopeful to get my orders NLT mid JUL and begin taking terminal leave in AUG. It's all in God's hands now.

The VA and DOD used different methodologies to determine their individual ratings. Submitting a VARR isn't going to change what the VA rates and what the DRAS rates. The DOD will always rate conditions lower than that of the VA. For Example, the VA rated my Anxiety and Insomnia at 50% (higher than my referred conditions) and the DOD rated my referred conditions higher than what the VA rated them at. So while my VA rating is in fact higher than my DOD rating, my DOD rating means more to me than my VA rating because the Army acknowledged that I am in the position I am in due to their negligence. Its very unlikely that submitting a VARR is going to get the DRAS/PEB to come up from 40%

Appreciate your input but that's not what my lawyer said. We shall see. I'll update when I have more information.
