I’ll update as I go, seems to be moving extremely fast.

Still waiting and starting to get impatient. I know it’s only been a month since AFPC received my package. I just don’t know if I’ve been assigned a rater at the VA or if the VA even has my package. I’m debating if I want to email my PEBLO or call the VA but I’m worried if I do that they’ll further delay my package for bothering them.

My MSC was the person who was able to tell me when it went to the VA and all the small details the PEBLO and VA reps couldn't tell me. The VA reps will be able to tell you when your case was last touched, and if its around the day of all your DBQs being uploaded, its not with a rater yet

Thank you. I’ll try my MSC

Update: reached out to my PEBLO and she said it’s going to be another 4 months or longer. So there’s that. So much for late February

I wish mine was going as fast as yours. I was coded 37 a month ago and still don't have my NARSUM or CIS.

I’m definitely blessed to have such a quick process. The VA is holding me hostage now and making me wait another 4 months for my ratings

Four months?? Was a reason given? That sounds pretty excessive
She said the VA is backed up right now. That was the only reason she gave. So looks like I’ll get my ratings by June-July now and I’m so ready to get out. I wish I just chose the LDES phase instead of IDES

have you considered a quick skillbridge to not have to come in everyday and do nothing?

I’m working on that now. I need approval from my PEBLO, my shirt and my commander and I also need a waiver since I don’t have a date of separation yet.

So I ran into the Same problem, you don’t need a waiver(maybe an exemption to policy which is super easy and on AFVEC), I didn’t have a dos yet. I just needed your FL4 and go 6 months from the date on there, I used Allegiant giving. It’s flexible on dates.

What is FL4? Could you elaborate a little? Sorry I’m lost

An FL4 is an official document from AFPC that is returned to PEBLO after PEBLO sends up the IRILO. The FL4 is like the “answer” to the IRILO. It states whether a full MEB is directed or if the member is returned to duty or if the member is returned to duty on an assignment limitation code. The FL4 is supposed to be uploaded into your health record. It’s in my Tricare Online patient portal under Documents.
