Timeline I have left?

I am wondering how much longer I have in this process and when I will receive my ratings.

Last week I got all of my DBQs back from my C&P exams. My PEBLO says she should have everything together to submit to AFPC in the coming weeks and a decision not too long after that. She didn't mention what she needs or how long that specifically takes, but I am very curious what people have been experiencing and realistically how much longer I have left.

My PEBLO is 99% positive that I will be out, but jobs have been not really wanting to realistically talk with me until I have a DOS and I definitely worry about supporting my family after this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Timelines are hard to predict, especially without knowing what is being considered and how serious those conditions may be.

The MEB is for PTSD/MDD/GAD.
I would just look at a bunch of timelines here and make a conservative estimate to inform jobs. It’s hard because things seem to go faster or slower than expected so it’s hard to say for sure. That being said if your DBQs are in you are looking at maybe a month for the MEB, then maybe a week for the PEB to make a fitness determination, then 4-6 wks for the VA rating, then another week or so to get your IPEB results. If there are no appeals etc you are looking at roughly three months til you get orders plus or minus a month lol.

I have been looking at some timelines, but they are either old or happened during COVID, so it is tough to work it all out lol. My claim has not shown up on the VA website so there is that too.

Try contacting your MSC or VERA

MSC is the VA equivalent of a PEBLO. Your PEBLO should have their contact info

I found them. I didn't realize that I have already spoken with them.

I did see on some other timelines that I may not get my information on the VA site until the MEB portion is done.

Should be vary quick, all three ratings will be lumped together.

I called the VA today and found out that a proposed rating was generated today! I got an email from MyFSS that my package was sent to the IPEB on August 8th. I am hoping to hear back soon about my ratings from my PEBLO, but we will see what happens.

Get in line. My claims closed on July 14th and were sent back to PEB on Aug 2nd and I am STILL waiting for my PEBLO to recieve my findings.

Why would you say late October based on that letter?
We are at the very end of the process… When we sign our findings from peblo which is any day now. Two weeks after we get our new EAS. Also want to mention I’m USMC so little bit different process.

Gotcha. It sounds similar (unless you appeal) to the USAF process. Once I sign my findings from my PEBLO, they will request my new orders. Once orders are cut, I will get 15 days to out process before my terminal leave starts.
