FPEB Complete

Completed my FPEB Wednesday with a stipulation and am beyond relieved. PDRL 70% DOD, 90% VA w/ 60% combat related. If any of you are not pleased with your IPEB results you should definitely consider fighting to do an FPEB. My timeline in my signature below in case it helps anyone.

Question to those that have done an FPEB in the last year or so. If you did a VARR how long did the process take? How long after the FPEB did you get your findings, retirement orders, and how long after was your retirement date? Do you get to weigh in on picking a retirement date? How soon can you begin scheduling your move?

How long after your board and stipulation did it take to receive findings and get out? I just accepted my FPEB stipulation on 28FEB. Thanks!

Congratulations on prevailing at the FPEB. A VARR usually takes < a month.

Thanks chaplaincharlie. Hoping to get a sense of how long the FPEB takes to send out their finalized findings after getting a stipulation, then timing on sep message and orders.

Needless to say, I'm antsy to get this finished after such a long process.

Typically, my clients and I have recieved finalized, stipulated findings that have been indexed and sent out to PERS-954 or HQMC-mmrs-4 within 2 weeks. Then, retirement orders are issued, and you begin completing your out-processing over the following weeks.
