Yes to add a condition would require a FPEB. If a condition is found unfit but you disagree with the rating you would request a VARR.

for example I got 100 p&t va but only 10% dod what should I do. lawyer told me i can be found fit, can stay the same or it can go up if I got to formal board.

What condition have you been found unfit for? Are there any other health conditions that cause you to not be able to do your job? How long have you been in? Active duty or Reserves/Guard? Need more info before I can give you good advice.

pain in thoracic spine was my unfit condition, and i have severe anxiety and depression, sleep apnea with asthma, flat foots. I've been in for 6 years active.
 
Do you have radiculopathy from the spine condition?
