Yes that's what you can look at when you get your findings around mid March to April timeframeMy VA decision letter is dated Jan 22nd. So im thinking mid-march to April?
Question, once the PEB asks for you case from the VA, what is the timeline for processing findings? If they have remained processing cases the way they have been then mine is only a couple weeks after yours.So my understanding of how it works, and this is coming from the guy in DC that works the PEB phone, is that once ur proposed ratings are completed by the VA nothing is done until the DOD/PEB requests those ratings. The VA does not send them automatically. MY Ratings were done by the VA on the 27NOV23 but the VA didnt request them until 16JAN24. The VA sent them on the 18JAN24. All that time inbetween 27nov and 18Jan is dead time where nothing is happening and my case was not progressing. Its a super inefficient way to do it.
Here's some info I got from my PEBLO today:
There are multiple QA locations on the report. Your case has been QA post adjudication 20 days. This means the fitness decision was made, and either the PEBLO will receive a FIT finding, or the case will move for VA rating. The other QA phase that many sailors are in is QA Post VA. This is after an unfit finding, when the VA rating is complete and we are awaiting the findings to be pushed to a PEBLO, this phase is upwards of 55 days currently.
The VA closed my case 22 JAN or at least that's the date of my rating letter. Not sure where I'm mixed up at.

Thank you for that information. The VA closed my cased 14 Dec and my PEBLO is supposed to update me again today. I have been in the PEB phase for just over 60 days since my case was accepted by the board on 04 Dec.Here's some info I got from my PEBLO today:

I was told 1-2 months but i have trust issues lol. When i called i was 1100 case in line. Yeah you just gotta keep calling. I finially broke through on like the 15th call that day. They only have like one guy working the phone. Its busy because people are calling at all time.

Got a hold of the PEB this morning. Case is almost done with QA, the gentleman I spoke to said findings will be released in 2 weeks, 3 at most.
This is the best news I have heard in a while because at least it is straight from DC, and it's an actual status update.

PEB says I have 1.5-2 weeks left! The wait is almost over.

January 24th 24 Spoke to PEBLO, system now states the IPEB did not find me unfit until January 17, 24, She did not inform me or even know until she checked the system with me in the office.
February 7th Called PEB, was told they were still working on the cases that came in a week before mine and should hear in 2-3 weeks (seems everyone hears this)

My VA case closed on 19Dec and I just got my findings yesterday. From talking to the PEB I learned that they have to call and request your file from the VA and sometimes it takes them a while to do so. I called back on the 9th and they told me 3-4 more weeks so I would think before the end of next week you’d hear somethingNo new update as of today in regard to receiving findings, but I do have a question.
