19 Jan 24 - Return to work after several months in PHP (Anxiety/Depression "unspecified", SI and MI)
1 Feb 24 - Meet with PCM, discuss possible MEB for Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia w/Syncope and Hypertenstion (More tests/labs ordered)
1 Apr 24 - Stress test, Heart Echo re-accomplished, Tilt Table test "negative" for POTS
1 May 24 - PCM decides to push w/ MEB mainly for medication management (3 medications and still having episodes)
4 Jun 24 - Sit down with PCM, accomplish ARILO and NARSUM
6 Jun 24 - Met with MH provider, told that they are still working on my diagnosis and don't think they will be providing a NARSUM and adding to the MEB at this time.
7 Jun 24 - Code 37 applied

My claim was closed at the VA on Feb 12 and my PEBLO reviewed my papers and signed 1180 on the 18th. So roughly 6 days. Hope this gives you a little peace of mind or what have it
