MSC/Peblo did a bad job with records, so I had to have access to all my records at each appt to show the providers. We will see how that plays out in a few months.

07Apr25: DBQs sent to peblo
25Apr25: Received Narsum
28Apr25: Legal Meeting
28Apr25: Signed DA 3947 (Legal and SOCOM Care Coalition estimate 60% DOD and 100% VA)

Submitted an ICE complaint and the VA dept head is signing up inquires/letters of explanation for the issue from the MSC. He failed to send my medical records to the examiners for all of the appts. Which led to DBQs being all over the place and a lot of contradictory DBQs.

Did you have Mr. Tulsa Scales by chance? I had him and he was terrible.

Ah ok, sounds like all the Bragg VA MSCs suck.

I signed my finding on 14 April 2025 when should I call to see if they received my packet?

Outside Bragg isn’t any better, mine when he actually responds is usually single sentence responses that are not helpful.

Im assuming it is done as soon as you sign your NARSUM. It gets forwarded.

My Peblo told me to take leave and they should hear something by 45-60 days.

I’m currently at 40 days.. getting antsy. It seems like it’s been taking around 6-8 weeks to receive your proposed ratings.

Has anyone heard how long the rebuttal process has been taking? I know FPEB’s are already starting to be scheduled in 2026..

My package went up feb 27th case closed March 25th got ratings April 14th

No change/Update.

Coming up on 2 months in the PEB Phase. MSC let me know my case file is with the DRAS. Trying to research timelines associated with that.

Mine sat from Jan 28th thru March 11th before getting the final vote and moving to the VA. So this is not super uncommon.

It's a bummer the MSC/PEBLO always feels the need to give you the most minimal information as possible.

Over 44 days into the PEB and I don't know if it just got sent there, has been there for a week, almost finished, ETC.

I'm trying to line up a job, but that's becoming more and more difficult to forecast.
