Delayed orders

Has anyone actually seen their final orders since the government re-opened? It's literally all I'm waiting on. My PEBLO said it usually takes a couple of days after you sign and return your DA Form 199. I've been waiting for 2 weeks with no further updates.

I'm waiting too. I signed my DA199 on 24NOV, got my NLT on 02DEC, and then other docs had to be submitted yesterday to request the orders... i was told it should be 5 to 7 work days. I'm gonna cry if it takes that long lol

Ha! I know the feeling. So close to the end of this process and now it feels like I'm waiting an eternity.

I'm sure the government closure really did throw a wrench into things. Imagine being the lucky chaps so close to getting out, and the longest government shutdown in US history screws you over and prolongs the process...lucky us

Signed my DA199 today. How long did it take before yall got on the TRANSPOC list and was notified for it?
For me:
24NOV25 signed DA199 (Thanksgiving 4 day followed that week, i was told 72 hrs but holiday delayed it)
02DEC25 hit TRANSPROC list, immediately notified
03DEC25 my command finally signed off on docs needed to request orders, and from there it will be 5-7 work days... lol

Yeah I was told by retirement that command team wont do those documents until youre on the transpoc list. Also was told most get on the list very quick but some cases he has had waiting to hit the list for 3 months.

Well...you could always try and see if your command will help you out and get it going. Or maybe they don't know, and theyll sign it worth a shot, even just to have the signed copy ready to sign up when your name hits. They never asked me about TRANSPROC when they signed it. S1 would though. Damn, 3 months? Was that during the shutdown?

I could try to get on this. What docs is it that my command will work with me?

I'm working with a civillian at separations instead of my S1-- but this is what he neded once my name hit transproc:

-**Medical Counseling with the requested separation date and singed by you and your Company CDR or 1SG
-DD 93 updated ( it has to be within 6 months of notification)
-SGLI update (it has to be within 6 months of notification)
-EOM LES

**= document signed by 1SG or CDR

Update my TRSPROC was submitted and approved today.

I had just checked with my PEBLO the day before they were cut and she thought everything was delayed due to the shutdown. She had no timeline on when I might see them. Then out of the blue I received everything today including my order with my discharge date. What a relief. Hopefully you're not far behind. I signed my DA 199 and sent it back on Nov 21st if that helps.

Thats crazy random they had no updates between then and now. Did you not get to "choose" an earlier date ? Do you have a lot of leave? It's been like a slow process for me. Like, i had to gather documents to request my orders through someone after my name hit TRANSPROC , which was another waiting game. Maybe Bliss just does things a little different. I signed my DA199 on 24NOV so hopefully i wont be too far behind you!

The paperwork I received today said I could choose an earlier date, but my unit couldn't choose an earlier date for me. Sounded like it was up to me. My entire process felt like it took forever. I rarely received any updates, then paperwork would just drop out of nowhere. It just caused me to stress out even more. If my timeline holds true for you, hopefully you'll see something in the next couple of days. For your sake, I really hope so.

It's weird how it can vary from installation to installation. I'm glad you're on your way though! It does suck how much of a mystery it is for us going through it... but there is a light at the end of the tunnel eventually. It feels like this last part takes the darn longest
